Terms & Conditions
All Melbourne Mavericks ‘Buy 2027, pay $1 for 2026 Campaign Offer’ purchasers receive General Admission access to the final Melbourne Mavericks home match at John Cain Arena in the 2026 Suncorp Super Netball season (as set out below). Purchasers also receive member priority access to purchase 2026 Suncorp Super Netball Finals Series ticketing if the Melbourne Mavericks are competing in the 2026 finals series. Offers are subject to the following terms and conditions. By taking up the ‘Buy 2027, pay $1 for 2026 Campaign Offer’ you register as a Melbourne Mavericks member and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1. Definition
“Melbourne Mavericks” refers to the entity that operates Melbourne Mavericks Netball Pty Ltd
“Home-and-away season” refers to the Melbourne Mavericks home and away matches only. It excludes all pre-season matches and the Suncorp Super Netball Finals Series.
“The 2027 Melbourne Mavericks membership” refers to a membership that provides benefits and entitlements throughout the 2027 home-and-away season only. If the Melbourne Mavericks qualify for the 2027 Suncorp Super Netball Finals Series, some Melbourne Mavericks memberships provide additional benefits including priority access to purchase finals tickets.
“Member” means a person who has joined and fully paid for a membership with the Melbourne Mavericks for the duration of the membership in the applicable Suncorp Super Netball season.
“John Cain Arena” means John Cain Arena at Olympic Boulevard, Melbourne, VIC 3001.
2. Terms & Conditions
1. These conditions apply to the Melbourne Mavericks ‘Buy 2027, pay $1 for 2026 Campaign Offer’ only.
2. The Melbourne Mavericks ‘Buy 2027, pay $1 for 2026 Campaign Offer’ is a promotional membership offer whereby a person who subscribes for a 2027 Melbourne Mavericks Season Membership obtains the right to general admission access to the final Melbourne Mavericks home match in the 2026 home-and-away season, subject to availability and these terms and conditions. The included 2026 home match is:
• 13 June 2026 | Melbourne Mavericks v Queensland Firebirds| 7:00PM at John Cain Arena
• Priority access to purchase 2026 Suncorp Super Netball Finals Series ticketing in the event the Melbourne Mavericks are participating in the 2026 finals series.
3. By accepting the Melbourne Mavericks ‘Buy 2027, pay $1 for 2026 Campaign Offer’ the Member commits to purchasing the 2027 Membership product selected at checkout.
4. Payment for the Melbourne Mavericks ‘Buy 2027, pay $1 for 2026 Campaign Offer’ must be made by a credit or debit card nominated by the Member at the time of accepting the offer. Card details will be held by us (or our membership platform provider) and the Member authorises us to deduct and/or charge future payments from the nominated card. At the time of accepting the offer, a charge of $1 per Melbourne Mavericks Membership Package will be deducted from the nominated credit or debit card.
5. Members who accept this offer will be charged the 2027 retail price of the membership product they selected, depending on the membership category and payment plan (upfront payment or monthly payment plan) selected, on September 15th 2026 via the chosen payment method. As such, Members will be charged accordingly for membership for the 2027 season. Renewal will also occur on or around the same period each year for subsequent seasons (i.e. renewed for the equivalent membership category and seat(s)). Members will have an opt-out option for the 2028 season during the 2027 season.
6. Once the Member processes the membership category they are purchasing for the 2027 home-and-away season at the time of accepting the ‘Buy 2027, pay $1 for 2026 Campaign Offer’, no further payment reminders or payment correspondence will be forwarded by us to the Member. We will send a Payment Confirmation, via email, to the Member following the balance being charged to the Member’s nominated credit card on September 15th 2026 at the time of auto-renewal.
7. The 2027 Melbourne Mavericks membership product terms and conditions of membership (including the benefits and inclusions) will be available on the Melbourne Mavericks website https://melbournemavericks.com/ from September 1st 2026] Further information will be sent to the Member, via email, to access their benefits and inclusions in August 2026.
8. All dates referenced in these terms and conditions are indicative and may be subject to change. Members will be notified via email of any material changes.
9. This offer is only available to Members/persons who are not current 2026 Melbourne Mavericks access members and is available for a limited time (subject to availability).
10. Any Member who selects a 2027 reserved seat product will have an opportunity to select seats during an allocated ‘Seat Selection Window’. Members will be contacted by the Melbourne Mavericks membership department to manage and allocate preferred seats.
11. Cancellation fees may apply and will be at the discretion of the Melbourne Mavericks for any Member who accepts this membership offer and then does not meet the requirements of this agreement.
